Find a Room is Australia’s premier accommodation and holiday destination search website. The primary goals in this initial phase was to allow a Mobile Experience using Responsive Design as well as increasing exposure on Search Engines by allowing Find a Room staff to constantly tinker with content and keywords using the simple to use Kentico CMS.
Future versions of this website will include more complex integration into their database allowing more personalized content displayed to their customers in turn achieving more sales. The integration of the Newsletter module, Integration Bus and EMS will facilitate these goals.
Challenges
The primary challenge was the Responsive Design and search query algorithms. A lot of work was performed ensuring that relevant records where returned when users searched as this is a global accommodation website. Cross browser and device support was paramount as users would be using many different devices.

The solution is based on Kentico CMS with future plans to implement features from the CXM.
