WDM Coronavirus Information

WDM values the health of our staff and customers. To ensure they remain healthy at work and at home we have  implemented measures that consider all aspects of our operation.

This includes education around the risks of the coronavirus, reducing the chance of exposure by working online or working from home and coping with economic downturn due to the pandemic.

WDM apologises if these measures in any way inconvenience your organisation.

Business nearly as usual. Some disruptions in telephone communications. Ticket SLA times may be slightly extended due to staff working from home. Online meetings and mobile phone access acceptable. No face to face meetings or unnecessary travel. Communication best via email or ticketing systems.

RED
Business not as usual. Expect minimal telephone communications. Ticket SLA times will be effected and delayed 24/7 support as team members may work reduced hours from economic downturn. Online meetings and mobile phone access acceptable. No face to face meetings and no travel. Communication best via email or ticketing systems.
